Terrible
I purchased a gout medicine from Doctor on Call. It had been 11 days since I booked and out of supply for almost 2 weeks and yet, I got no updates. Reaching out to support is also not easy. I was then informed that it's out of stock and it would take 1 week more to expedite delivery. So inconvenient. They could have been proactive informing their customers through email. Highly not recommended. I should have just went to a local pharmacy and ordered my medicine there. Very disappointing.
Not getting my order and no response from customer service
As mentioned in the title, its so frustrating when they mentioned they have fast delivery, in fact I get no response, no tracking number ever since i placed the order 1 week ago.
Bad app
No customer service to ask about order . Please improve the app , then i need the refund because my order was not received.
No product shown
After install and registered, searched for the medicine and tap on it. But it doesn't show any information.
Slow as snail and no order delivery status
Slow and no delivery order tracking and CS is snail speed. No going to use this app in future.
Error
loading takes 2-3 hours to add item to cart
Easy and convenient!!
I use it to order supplements and sometimes get free delivery and offers. Also speak to the doctors when me or my family is sick. Better to talk to doctor from home.

Very easy to buy medicine when i was sick at home. Received my medication on the same day, really convenient to use.
