Doctr: in-clinic appointments

Given the appalling level of service provided by the official portal, I am quite relieved to have found this app. It is an excellent idea, well executed. There’s a small glitch though, the web page offers to use your AppleID to log in whereas the app doesn’t, which makes it unusable if, like me, you used your AppleID to create your account.

This app is a lifesaver! I downloaded it, paid for the subscription, and received an email just 4 HOURS later giving me an appointment for tomorrow morning at 10 am! I had been trying for 2 WEEKS to get an appointment for my son through the RSVQ website, the BONJOUR-SANTÉ website (which I pay for monthly, by the way!), and the GMF phone line (they tell you to call at 5 pm the day before—it never works!). It's a joke- these platforms don’t work! I even went in person to complain to the administrators of the GMF urgence mineures clinic about the situation. They couldn’t care less and told me they are not the receptionists, so they can’t help with making appointments. Thanks to a lady who was sitting in the waiting room and overheard my conversation with the administration, that got up and showed me this app! She told me she had the same issue as me untill she tried this app and couldn’t get an appointment for her daughter. The health care system is crumbling in Québec and people are suffering because of it!

Après tentatives sans succès avec le GAP et RVSQ, j’ai réussi à obtenir un RDV avec Doctr, automatiquement, en quelques heures à peine. La nouvelle fonctionnalité d’ajout d’horaire est très pratique. Je recommande de mettre un rayon de km assez élevé (15-25 km), afin d’augmenter vos chances d’obtenir un rdv rapidement. A l’avenir, je ne perdrai plus de temps avec le GAP.

I get sick quite often and I’m always able to get a quick appointment thanks to this app. Couldn’t imagine like without it.

Ca fait plusieurs fois que j’ai eue besoin de médecin Doctr en ligne était là pour m’aider. C’est vrai j’ai due payer pour l’année,mais je suis tres satisfaite de leur service Pas mème 24heures il me trouve un rendez-vous dans un clinique. Je vous recommandes

After recent update this app became AWFUL, does not show right information at all, AWFUL.

You have to pay for premium to see ER wait times. I paid, shows nothing! Everything on the page is there except wait times is blank. Navigate button doesn’t work either. Useless app, use the hospital websites instead.

I paid for a subscription to get wait times only to find that the app simply does not provide it. Total waste of time and money.
