I’ve owned the F10 feeder for a little over a year now. The app finally works right but now I have to pay for HD viewing?! I used to be able to view in HD for free. Now you’re charging? Wow!!! Why not grandfather in your loyal customers? Such a shame.

App doesn’t pair 3 of the devices I have and without the app the machines are useless. I wasted a lot of money. Stay away!!

If you think this app works well, you’re a new user in for a nasty surprise. Ask anyone who’s had it a while, it’s essentially completely useless for it’s intended purpose. Chose the feeder over better brands because of the camera, but if I had it to do all over I’d get a reliable auto feeder and a separate pet camera. The unreliable app makes this one total junk.

Camera activates at random times.

Brand new camera I got from Amazon. Left on 1 week vacation and the camera was working fine for several days. but on day 6 the app said there is no device found. the app was displaying error: http error 3840. I was no longer able to connect. Will return back.

Ever since they redesigned the app, it has been much worse. I made the mistake of opening the new version while I was out of town and now my app is stuck in a different time zone. There is no way to change it, so I have to set all of my meal times to an incorrect time in order for them to be correct. Now the app has stopped sending me notifications for when it drops kibble, so I have no idea if my pets are actually being fed. I can’t figure out how to fix anything and I didn’t receive a reply when I reached out to support.

This auto feeder used to work great but they randomly updated the app and made it a requirement to sign up with email, by doing so they completely erased my existing account and my auto feeder settings! I can’t access the feeder to update it or view it anymore, THE FEEDER JUST STOPPED WORKING AFTER THIS UPDATE!! MY CAT HAS BEEN STARVING!! DO NOT BUY THIS FEEDER!!

Good feeder but ever since the last update the time zone won’t change. My feeders have to remain an hour behind because there is no way for the system to update. I can’t change the color of the light, when clicking the color option nothing happens. App and settings could be more intuitive or actually work.

FIRST: they keep deleting my review. I posted an updated review with their last app revision. Now my review was gone - AGAIN! SECONDLY: As of 4/3/24 they updated their app several weeks ago and screwed things up. Just check reviews (if not deleted) and you’ll see. For starters among many things - you can no longer pinch zoom camera view.

I can no longer connect to the device via WiFi. It is useless junk, save your money.
