Dollywood Parks & Resorts

Just went to Dollywood for the first time. The app was super user friendly. We were able to locate shows & attractions times & places so well! It really helped make our experience more enjoyable!

App does what it needs to: gives up to date wait times and simple navigation of the park. Directions could be clearer, but park signage is excellent which helps navigation.

I enjoy this app… it’s good for Dollywood but I feel like they could learn a thing or two from the Disney World App. Because with Disney you can track wait times without being in the park and it can predict the times of the day when it will be the longest and the shortest. That feature would be very helpful in this app.

The young lady at Ned’s Shack had an attitude. Bought yearly drink cubs and then wanted to charge extra for the Icie drinks.

Where are the Kingdom Heirs? The food is very pricey and the places like Granny’s chicken. We liked the soup at the bakery and they discontinued it. Sad!

It does the job but has some glitches. It’s rather slow…I think if DW had WiFi in the park it would help. Food prices listed would be great too. A family/group tracker would be cool. Thanks Dolly ✌🏼

Having to dispute my bank charges because the app messed up, kept refreshing and giving errors despite charging me 4 times for our lunch that we ended up getting in line to pay for….use at your own risk for paying for things.

I love the train and watching and listening to the engine. Complaint: I love listening to the engine pull as it is going up the grade and I like hearing the history. Problem is you can’t listen to the engine going up the grade for history of the engine coming over the speakers. Solution don’t talk on the up so you can here the engine pulling then tell us the history on the way back down when the engine is basically drifting.
