Domino's Delivery Experience

Works fine for the most with a few issues. If there is a new build that’s not on the map yet it breaks and I can’t pull up my deliveries. Also the store locations all seem a little off. Please re-pull these from google/Apple Maps. Finally would like integration with Waze.

For something designed to make our job easier its amazing how much of the opposite it does. Low signal calls are impossible, doesn’t use your phone number so its impossible for customers to ring you back, lets people sign up with foreign numbers (which dont work), gps is wrong way too often, suffers the same problem as instore slips where the name of your location gets cut short leaving you guessing as to where you need to deliver to, no way to message customer via the app, and most annoyingly for me, it will refuse to use my bluetooth earphones, then when i switch to speaker i can barely hear the customer through the stuttering while the customer can’t hear me at all, forcing me to hang up and ring them again. This happens to more than half of the deliveries I make. Please put phone numbers back on delivery slips or at least on the app. Awful awful experience

I can’t make a phone call on this app, sometime the sat nav. is confuse sending you on wrong destination. It is hard to work with this app sometimes is good sometimes is bad. It is not helpful during rush hours it can be a bit a nightmare and no helpful I don’t why. It can show you at the beginning you can call but as soon as you start driving and you arrived at your destination it can’t allow you to call and when it busy time the sat nav give you a hard time.

Been using the app a while now and have had little problems with it. That is until recently. Once I’m clocked in in store the app logs me in automatically which has never happened before. And now my store can’t track where I am in order to efficiently clock me back in after delivery. App doesn’t always give the option to phone the customer when on those particular difficult deliveries meaning I have the phone the store to obtain the number and use my personal phone to call them, breaching GDPR.

Atleast once a day it crashes and is unusable. So annoying. Pretty unreliable. Not a great tool for my job.

We need chat when network is poor. Provide chat or massage options to easily communicate between drivers and customer.

Unnecessary invasion of privacy to do a job I've been able to do perfectly fine without.

Logs you out and then dose not let you log back in, then says it you have no internet connection when I did. Had a notification to say it was no longer using my location, told me me to log back in and would not let me. Then I had a notification to say a delivery had been assigned to me but I was still not logged in to the app according to the app which now makes me believe that when you log out of the app at the end of your shift that it’s still tacking you. I also so drains your phone battery a lot. This app needs alot of improvement for it to work. It’s a BIG FAIL at the moment.

This app is not for for purpose. It over heats your phone it drains the battery And for dominos to use this and bully their driver into using it is a disgrace.it’s an invasion of privacy and as a dominos driver I should have the say I consent to use this or not. I have a Colleague that was tracked at 3:22 am one morning and we get told it doesn’t track you when we have logged out of it.I’m sorry but dominos as whole need to get this sorted and understand these invasion privacy acts. It’s agains my beliefs that I need to have my locations on at all times. Disgusting
