Ordered 2 Hours ago, Rider tried to contact me my phone was on silent, Exactly 3 minutes later I redailed it and they said we cancelled your order because you didn’t pick your phone up on the sim card- While i clearly Stated in Instructions that only contact me via whatsapp. Now its been 3 hours they are not delivering my order I have tried to contact the office- No reply from there too. I am glad I learned my lesson- Will never ever I order again from Dominos. thank You for losing your good customers. This all Happened at the university town Peshawar Branch. Please don’t download the app, If you are not used to be humiliated by the riders and the manager at Peshawar University Town Branch!

Been ordering through app for sometime and face irresponsive issue time to time. Please fix it.

Very shameful act by domino’s I ordered 2 pizzas my guest were waiting but after half an hour when i called they said we haven’t got your order

If you order via App then pizza is like you ordered a pizza from local shop but When you visit domino branch and order same pizza then its totally different and fine. I didn’t recommend to eat pizza via online app. Thank You

Feels like this app was built by a 2yo kid. nothing works . cant add address, phone number verification doesnt work. Constantly Crashing , Impossible to place an order.

I was pretty sure about their service but from last night I am little bit disappointed with their service and quality of product and I am just uninstalling it.

I paid by card once and they told me afterwards that my number was incorrect so i was not gonna get my order. I don’t know if this makes sense even. I called the branch and they told me this. I’m never gonna buy anything from these scammers now

Can not even get an otp the app is totally useless previous one was way better at least it worked unlike this new one

This new redesign of the app has led to lots of bugs. The app doesnt let me place order even after verifying myself through the OTP. When i click on “Place Order” it shows me the loading animation and then nothing happens

Worst pizza Waste of money Delivery time is pathetic Worst service I don’t want to give even 1 star It’s a scam
