Donate Blood

I would like to search the app for all donation centres open by date and not just by my local post code. If I have time and am feeling well I’m happy to travel to other suburbs to give blood but there’s to way to seach for centres open by date.

This app hasn’t been working for months to book, view or cancel appointments. Even the donation number is not accurate and no longer reflects the correct number. Pretty much only good for viewing your card so you can use it to check in when you do donate.

This app is terrible. I’ve had issues in the past with my bookings not appearing and now the app won’t let me book anything at all.

I use this app regularly for my donor card and to book appointments. The most recent update comes up With multiple errors including booking appointments and accessing health information. I hope it is rectified soon.

Can’t book for donations after updating to the newest version

The app was great til recently. Can no longer book or see upcoming appointments, can be done through the website. No big deal, just easier on the app as it’s already logged in and not needing to every time.

Every time I open the app, I just get a blank white screen after login.

Worked great, not sure if there was an upgrade but now I can’t log back in. Deleted the app and restarted my phone tried again and still the same issue. Upgraded to a new phone and the still can’t log in.

App used to work perfectly, but in the last few weeks (at least), I can’t book appt and app comes up with an error on Home Screen. Hope they get this fixed quickly because people want to donate!!!
