Donegal eParking

Like all the other people have said, this really is one of the most awful and irritating parking apps ever created.

Very poor user interface, slow and glitchy. 1eur charge just to top up account before paying for parking. Can’t just store your card details to have the account debited automatically, have to actually top up a minimum of 10 euro. Takes about 15 mins of messing around just to get parking for an hour

Awful app. Minimum top-up €10 with a €1 fee is a joke when parking is only €1 an hour. Why is there not an option just to pay for your current parking? Nothing to indicate that you are picking the correct parking location. The Just Park app has a simple four digit code for each location, much better. Here, unless you know street names or car park names you are stuck guessing.

€10 minimum top up plus a fee! Just wanted to park for an hour to visit the local shops and a café whilst passing. Not worth the stop for that so carried on!

This app requires an initial €10 amount in an account before allowing you to park. If you are are visiting for the day don’t bother. Go to the nearby Aldi and buy something allowing you to park for 90 mins.

In Ballybofey on holiday, no euro coin so thought I’d use this app. Offers a list of named car parks. Of course you need to know the name as it’s not up anywhere. Didn’t fancy coming back to my car to find a fine on top of my parking charge for a car park I wasn’t in. If you have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Donegal car parking scene, this app is for you.

An utterly shambolic parking app. As un user friendly as its possible to get with a service app. Designed as far as I can see to get money for not completing parking. Highlights : (1) €10 minimum top up, despite one hour being charged at €0.50. (2) They charge you €1 "processing fee" for the mandatory top up (3) You have to dig in the amateurish app layout to find the action to PARK. Once found if you are nothing but pixel accurate with pressing the pin where you're parked, NOTHING happens, so you think the app isn't working. Disgraceful app, money grabbing ethics and should be banned from the App store.

Tried to pay with 5 different cards and Apple Pay too, none worked. Useless app.
