I’d use this app but I still want a paper bill. Email is just a pit of spam anymore and I don’t want bills going to it. I cannot access the app unless I’m willing to go all electronic.

Cannot even register. You can put in all you account information and it will not work.

Thanks Donegal for updating and fixing your app. The app. seems to be working so far. I have an iphone. The only thing I see that would make it perfect for me is to have an email confirmation after payment is made.

This app will not even open. Nothing but the spinner. I’ve literally waited 5 minutes for it to open. Nothing. Ever. I’ve tried on WiFi and cellular. At different times of day. Does not work.

I can’t get the app to open. I’ve been trying for months. It used to work but won’t anymore.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Never works. Deleted.

Don’t bother downloading the app. It rarely, if ever, opens. It’s much easier to just open their website and use it. Otherwise, Donegal is a wonderful company.

No updates in over a year.
