The “call delivery partner” function does not work. The contact function does not work. The customer care is not reachable most times. Sometimes the deliveries are not made but in the app they are marked as delivered. And getting in touch with the partner or the customer care is a pain.

This app is a great help In my life it helps me to provide milk in my locality very easily user experience is good and you Can trust this app . User interface is also good

Doodhvale The best daily need product brand I have tried their diary and bakery products and they are literally the best They have the best fresh ghee and milk The panner is also very soft and tasty I would personally prefer their cookies which are super delicious Also with the help of doodhvale app you can order grocery vegetables fruits etc And their delivery is fast and convenient The prices are great and user friendly Overall doodhvale is a great place for fresh and tasty products

Good app and interface

They might be selling good products but their overall services (from delivery of the product to customer care expertise) is absolutely rubbish.
