Disgustingly dishonest people
These people, they call themselves developers but they are nothing off the sort. The one module they have got to work correctly in this app is the billing module at that they excel. With the rest as in actually getting the app to work - their support department can’t even spell properly let alone actually help you. It’s companies like this that give a BAD name to other reputable development companies who care more about the product and the money is a secondary issue. As in the money flows when the product is off high enough quality. At the moment I’m at an impasse with them - I’ve explained that the app has not been working for several months yet I’m still being billed. They tell me to login to the parent app - it won’t let me. They tell me to do it on the desktop - I do that and it instructs me to login to the app again - constantly sending me around in circles. And they simply don’t care. A bunch of dishonest British liars.
