A lot of bugs are still around when I search for classes on a daily basis. Sometimes app crashes within seconds and suddenly my password doesn't work on which I needed to forgot password to fix my account. Customer service works great by email and have good response time. But I do prefer via phone call or live chat (they do have live chat but it always appear offline to me) I do hope for all the bugs to be fixed and that developers put some great changes to the UI

Appsnya jelek bgt, UI/UX burukk bgt took a really long time to gather the understanding on how to navigate inside the apps. Mending book di tempat olahraganya langsung aja, so Thank you, next!

Jelek banget nih aplikasi ngebut terus, udah beberapa kali link kelas ga dapet. Klik contact us juga ga pernah diwaro. Mending awal2 pandemi friendly bgt tuh CS. Sekarang boro2z Udah pindah Strongbee aja lebih reliable.

So many errors. Cancelled class cannot be refunded. So dissapointed as no customer service cannot be contacted

App suka ngebug dan gabisa payment. Update phone number pun gabisa dan jadi black out

Hadeh maaf banget harus nulis kayak gini jujur saya jarang banget nulis review. Tapi appnya NGEBUG dong saya udah book kelas pilates 300rb paymentnya nyangkut krn apa? Krn ketika mau sy pake utk book kelas tuh layarnya PUTIH doang?? Kayak gak masuk landing page sampe berhasil book kelas. Mana batas paketnya cuma 2 hari? Saya email sampe besoknya belom dibales dong. Lama banget ini udah 12 jam nunggu, CSnya slow response gak tau timnya kekurangan resources atau apa. Tapi harusnya gak boleh kayak gini lah, customer juga jadinya gak tenang. Masalahnya bukan salah custnya kalo UX appnya jelek, ngebug lagi. Doogether menang promo dan kelasnya aja, community-nya sih oke-oke aja. Tapi plis hati-hati ya kalo bayar-bayar kayak gini, appnya jelek dan customer service-nya *nggak bisa diandalkan*. Sorry harus review jelek tapi ini jujur.
