Poor service
Poor service poor manners don’t use your card on the app get charged for a cancellation fee when the driver in a silver ford galaxy goes to the wrong address & cancels the trip.

Booked a taxi hours in advance, still arrived 30 minutes late, app tracking does not work, no apology and you have to pay upfront for your journey, avoid at all costs.

Appalling service
Encouraged by the website to download the app but priority is taken by phone even if you book days in advance! Your booking comes up on their system 10 to 15mins before you need(reliable info from the inside) so if the taxi is 55 mins away tough! I cannot give it zero stars or I would. Shocking customer service. DO NOT BOOK THIS FIRM
