DoorBird

The app basically does what is supposed to do. However, would be great if a solution can be found in order to see that another user is already answering the doorbird and/or has decided to open the gate. When the instruction is given to open the gate and while the gate is still opening another user gives the instruction to open, the gate stops opening which is very annoying and confusing.

As a doorbell, it does what it supposed to do, but the quality of the camera is very poor (photo’s and video - at daytime and night). Low resolution and extremely poor framerate even when accessing the camera using the home network having a wired Ethernet connection). Automatically opening the gate when approaching works poorly.

Very slow connection to the live doorbell. Also audio quality not that good.

Geofencing doesn’t work anymore. App crashes when you try to access geofencing in settings 2 way communication doesn’t work fluently. There is too much delay. This makes communication difficult with the visitor. Had nothing to do with my network (gigabit: glasfiber). I suspect the delay is caused by the servers. Would be great if this would be solved

After Apple IOS update 17.1.1 geofencing stopped working. The app immediately crashes after selecting Geofencing in the settings menu.

Have two door stations and these are of exceptional quality, you almost don’t see this anymore on the market. What’s so great about this app is that is also supports Apple Watch, this is A++++!!

Vaak duurt het lang om verbinding te krijgen. Dit gebeurt altijd als er iemand aan de bel staat.
