Be aware, that they may change items in your order without your consent, charge more for them and then keep pending two transaction. I was charge twice for my order instead of charging just for extra products, they didn’t return money for days. When contacted support the answer I got was just “can’t be helped”. Zero support. So if you have any issue, don’t expect to be helped.

This app always uses French instead of English, even though I don’t have any settings for French language. There is no way to change the language in the app either.

They completely blocked my account for no reason. Their support doesn't want to tell me the reason, they just say that I broke some rule

Today at 1:32 pm central time, my husband’s debit card was charged by door dash. We live in Frisco,TX. The purchase was made in California. My husband immediately canceled the order and update the personal information. He also left a ticket in the door dash’s customer service. In 3 hours they replied - we didn’t find anything suspicious. We will not return the money. Here is the ticket number: 137419820 Stay away from this app. They don’t care about your security. Their security level is zero! I’m super disappointed...

Door dash is a company that wanna drop u on money as much as possible, everything terrible, lie everywhere if it’s door dash. Want some credits? We have advertisements and promote that all the time. Bring your friend and you will get your credits. No way, there’s no credits, there’s no answers, and also the page of contact support about these ads also come w/ ERROR 404 hahahah sneaky company)))
