Useless App
I’m not sure how we’re supposed to use this app, or what’s its claimed benefits are. Today I was spammed with 4 pictures of a dirty sidewalk and one of the sidewalk cleaned. Seriously? As an alert? Meanwhile our old app, with its various forums, disappeared quietly during the night with no announcement. Did we give up because it was a failure, or because management never checked it? There should be a way to send direct messages to management, but there is not. We should also have a directory. Meanwhile, I also get every “urgent” message as a text and via ONR. Everyone now gets every message. Does anyone actually find this useful?
