Order a chicken quesadilla and prefer a 2 oz guac on the side with no drink. There is no option to select this on the website or app. I add guac as an extra and they always put it on the actual quesadilla. There’s not even a place to request special instructions.

Unfortunately, you can’t leave a note and there are no specific options. I once asked for a salsa or two and everything was dumped in the bowl. Uber eats and DoorDash lets you add a note to please add on the side. This is pretty basic but I have not found a way to do that here.

Using the app will prevent you from getting any loyalty / rewards points. Any other major burrito company has loyalty integrated into their app.

Why do you have to call the restaurant to have someone bring the food out to you when doing a curbside order? It's really inconvenient. Most apps just have you put the curbside number, and then someone comes to you when the food is ready.

This app is clunky and hard to use. You have to go through yet another app to order the food. My son tried for 30 minutes to order a meal to no avail. We had to call the order in. The app is basically useless.
