I have so many nuances that are not working quite how I’d like—-I’ve come from using Skyslope for 9yrs and I feel there are some concepts that could really be enhanced with Dotloop—the Beta version is better.

Too many glitches
The mobile version has far too many glitches that Dotloop will not fix.
Login iPhone
Since ShowingTime took over dotloop, we have to re-login to the iPhone app each time we use it. Too hard for on the go use and it doesn’t save the login info.
Always errors and error codes "please try again later"
Constantly has issues. Warns of changing a document that has already been signed….when it is a "new" document that just auto filled data (be it partially), then deletes said data. Fails to maintain or send checked pdf as chosen, fails to maintain signatures and many other problems.
Not as powerful
A lot of the functions aren’t there anymore, it used to be a great ap.

This has been a gift to me and my clients in my business
Seems to be stuck
Normally seamless process. Now it appears several features are stuck and one of the signers have completed signing and several minutes after other signers cannot sign because it states it is still being signed by: then I cannot pull it back or resend to the last signers
Searchable database
We need a global searchable database. You can make it in Notion if need be. It is a nightmare to find documents unless you are in the right spot. We need to be able to find documents the way you can find things on Google. Thank you.
So glitchy
It is embarrassing using this platform when it cannot do simple tasks. I do not like it. Docusign was way better.
Frustrating
Looking for a frustrating e-sign service…. well here ya go! Not only is the computer based model full of glitches…. the mobile version simply lacks abilities vital to proper operation. Since my company pays for it, I use it, but often find myself willing to pay for an alternative e-sign company just to work through the glitches and poor operational standards of DotLoop.
