I've been using Double Tick for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The service lacks accountability—issues are never addressed, and the support process feels like an endless loop. The software is riddled with bugs, and despite repeatedly raising concerns, problems persist. For example, their system continues to display utility messages even after refreshing, but still they charge for marketing messages. Even after multiple support tickets were raised, issue acknowledged by them, none of the issues were resolved, and they remain ongoing. Looks like it is not priority for them to have financial loses for client because of software bugs. Over time, they stopped responding to calls and emails altogether. As a premium client with a monthly billing of over a lac, the lack of support and poor service is alarming. If this is how they treat high-paying customers, I can only imagine how they treat others. Extremely dissatisfied. Already started exploring good and stable service providers .

Do take and dont purchase this app. Ye faltu ka 50000 rs lete hain ye app aapke use ka nahi hai aur bahut saare hidden cost hai, har message ke charges hain. So please aware

Worst Customer Experience
The onboarding process took more than 2day even after the payment didn’t received any login link.
They only started responding when we asked for refund and started the move out process. Bunch of lies from keegan and lack of coordination among their team.
An average tool there is no such usp it’s similar to other WhatsApp marketing tool out there. The only thing I like here is the ease of workflow setup and automation.
No support will be provided by them
They only know how to make big promises and are never able to deliver them. They will tell you that they will be Handholding you throughout your Whatsapp Business API Journey and provide you complete support, but once you pay them the money, they completely forget you.

Damak from the support team of double tick was very responsive and helpful. All my queries were immediately taken under consideration and a call was set up the next day to resolve all issues.
