DoYou - Yoga & Mindful Fitness

With the iOS app it’s really easy to get stuck into a session without much fuss. This is great for squeezing in sessions to an otherwise busy schedule

There aren’t videos that are for the very initial beginner that take you slowly through a series of yoga movements (tell you how to get into the pose, what you should feel and where you should feel the stretch, talk you through alternatives to the pose while staying in the pose then slowly taking you into the next pose). You’re either going through poses in isolation or you’re going through various flows and rushing to the next pose. Tried to get my husband to do something labeled “beginner” and even though I’ve been doing yoga for several yrs I had a difficult time keeping up.

The app works when you first download and open it, but after you close the app it will not open. Only a white screen shows and an error message comes up. I deleted the app, reinstalled it and same thing happened. I’ve tried this 3 times and now only use the online website.

I find I keep coming back to the Men’s 30 Day Workout. Raganthe can wear you out in ten minutes. There other yoga routines I use but this 30 day plan is my home base. DoYouYoga is a great app.

Currently the app crashes once a day and constantly needs to be uninstalled/reinstalled daily to work :( I keep doing it bc I otherwise love free sessions, but it’s definitely a pain.

I came back to Yoga after 3 yrs of Covid wrecking havoc to my body Partially my fault and a little bit of Covid lockdowns Lost my yoga studio and classes which broke my 4 day a weak practice Goal is to ease consistently back into a good practice that will ease my pains, balance my body and put me on a lifelong track w Yoga Ragunath is really educated and doesn’t beat you up for trying

Few apps have the pose library the way DOYOU does. And lots of yoga routines to get to the poses you most desire. Love the app!! (Fav instructors: Kristen, Katie, Faith)

The yearly membership jumped from 79 to 179. I can understand that all prices go up but an over 100% increase takes the cake
