Don’t know who are your app developers but seems that have no experience in handling professional apps. Almost 9 out of 10 times I log in app requires an update. It’s pathetic user experience
I use an iPhone When I try to register on app as a new patient, I can’t scroll down to fill the rest of the form and also to click next button. I have been trying to register myself on the app for a couple of days and I find this problem irritating. Kindly advise how I can register myself as a patient.
If same blood test is done over the period of fews weeks , the email copy requested from app for last blood test will have multiple rows for each records. Many times notification shows report is ready but not in actual section.
The most I like about this App is the user friendly appointment booking. I have never experienced such a quick n easy booking with any other hospitals’ App.
When ever I try to open radiology report which have image it never show’s
Overall the app is very good but prescriptions of old appointment is not visible. Also the radiology images of mri or x ray or sonography not opens. Gives message as change lang to en whereas it was already english. Kindly fix this
I’m pleased to submit a review of this app. They come up with features which patients may not have thought about too. Appreciate the architects behind this. During the situation of corona curfew, it’s very essential to have easy medical services. Livecare feature helped me in consulting doctor in 5 min sitting at home.
