I was cheated out of my major pay today! 55,000,000,000

I am playing Aussi Wild hit the major in the feature and it did not pay! It’s bad enough that you can’t hardly win anything when you have credits to play but then you have to cheat someone out of their hard earned points? That’s not right on any level. Plus I couldn’t contact support, the support button does nothing…..your horrible. Your app is one of the best I’ve ever played except that you can’t win when you have points. Great Wealth - New Game

When I win free games it won’t let me choose any of the free spin options. It works randomly, but right now it just stops. I just end having to remove the entire the game from my phone. And sign in again from the game portal. So it takes my credits, then freezes when I go to choose quantity of spins, it’s frozen.
