Not a helpful call centre, who actually reads full conditions and no movement or help assistance from call centre

Booked advance with dragon pass for aspir lounge in Birmingham airport for 4:30am . The place was close. I took pictures and send to dragon pass customer service that the place is closed at 4:58 and they just didn’t want to listen and say we can’t refund anything. Try to call Barclays Bank who is robbing people by selling products which they even don’t own and they refuse to listen anything because all they interested is selling you fraud products and services. So I’m going to stop paying these fraudsters any more money

….its the fact that even when trying to pre book a lounge, it always comes up with no availability - Bristol airport being the consistent offender. They’ve even signs at the doors effectively saying don’t come in if you’re a dragon pass member. Feels like a waste of time, sadly.

I’ve used this app for the last year or so with no issue whatsoever.

Won’t let me register. No way to fix it

only giving it 1 star as can’t give zero. App won’t let us make bookings for airport lounges with our saved cards on speaking to customer services they tell us that this is a known problem and we know it’s been that way more than three months now. Not fit for purpose.

Tried to book a lounge with the app and it kept telling me they weren’t available - after I went through the process. Do you even offer a pre book service? I’m starting to think not
