I downloaded the app and it’s only for US, only while registering I realised its for US only and not global audience, I wasted my time

The coding templates with the clinical templates in this all are simply amazing and one of its greatest strengths. I can do accurate coding finally. The last several years I was doing manual coding. Not anymore, I love the billing code triggers, be sure to set those up.

The best thing about this EHR, the photos. I always take clinical photos of biopsy sites to help me prepare for later date surgeries. The app does an great job of putting pictures into medical records effortlessly.

The app saves time, freeing my staff and I to do the most important thing, taking care of our patients. drchrono makes caring for our patients easier. We take credit when patients say "this office runs so smoothly", even though much of our efficiency is due to the EHR app on our iPads.

I was skeptical at first that this could work for dermatology. Our small practice of 2 doctors and 3 assistants was moving locations and starting new after using only paper charts. The 3 assistants do everything needed from patient check-in ( we use the drchrono check-in app now ) from scribing for the doctor, assisting in procedures, answering phones, check-out and billing. We needed good software for our office flow. We have been VERY surprised. I love drchrono. The team developed and continues to be improve the software, every single day, making it easy-to-use and it works in the real world. The staff at our office have different comfort levels with iPads, but all of us have been able to use drchrono in a short amount of time.

Horrible customer service. They don’t ever attend calls that are scheduled via zoom to address issues. Would not recommend. Constantly shuts down. AWFUL support.

If you like banging your head against the wall and yelling at your iPad or laptop at the end of a 10 hour day when the app decides to freeze as you are finishing a long MVA examination. All this RIGHT AFTER I complied like a good user and allowed the new version to update. THIS IS STILL THE 2nd worst provider EHR program I have used in my 10 years as a DC. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
