DreamMapper has given me 2 different notifications in the last month to upgrade. Today’s notification said there was an upcoming upgrade that I needed to do so I wouldn’t be logged out. Both times it gave what appeared to be a drop down to get upgrade . It was a dropdown to nothing. No upgrades at App Store either. ??? Other than that the app does what is designed to do. No other complaints.
So many devices these days allow data tracking by sharing data with apple heath. This app talks about how being involved with your own therapy is a good thing. Why is it limited to their app only? I have a scale that tracks my weight but Phillips isn’t smart enough to figure it out guess. This will be a request on whatever my next CPAP is. Hopefully Phillips gets with the program by then.
Very ease to use, and my physician showed me how to maintain clinical settings. Love it.
Just got my second notice in a month to upgrade to a version of the app that isn’t in the App Store. That makes no sense. This isn’t the same notice twice. It is two notices about two different updates that aren’t in the App Store.
App is slow to load, that is, porting info on the machine to phone app.
Will not take ResMed cpap serial number.
I have never been able to get this app to pair with my DreamStation Go — neither my original machine nor the recall replacement. One problem is that only 20 options are given for “country of residence” and I don’t live in any of them. They seem to have conflated country of usage with country in which they market their products. I am forced to enter a choice, so I pick USA because that is where I bought the machine. The set up page then rejects my phone number and other data because it doesn’t fit the parameters for USA phone numbers, etc.
Consider proving access to this data through the iOS health app
One problem is that I noted it did not track my use on 3 of 4 days the app said I didn’t us. Could become a problem for insurance compliance.
