Cobran todo el envio y luego solo llegan unas piezas. Ni devuelven ni contestan a los mensages.

Hice el pedido en enero y no he recibido todo lo que he pedido. Dicen que me devuelven el dinero pero tampoco lo he recibido (estamos en marzo). I placed my order in January and Neither received all the items nor a money refund. (Now is march) Febrero de 2018 y nunca he recibido las botas.... y nunca lo haré ya February 2018 and I have never received the boots... and I never will

The search is a joke, you look up “gothic dress” and all it will show you are the bright white holiday dresses and sets. And shipping takes months. I ordered a dress from here a couple of years ago and it look 4 months to get to me. Event the dress was for already passed, and the dress was so flimsy, like a cheap Halloween costume

Nice, Barely received on time due to USPS! I don’t recommend using the postal service for delivery. But we loved the outfits we received and I will definitely be ordering more. We got lots of compliments on our outfits and they were true to size!! The boots fit great and were very comfortable. This is one pleased customer!!
