A guide for the safe and easy installation of your Vogel's TV mount.
The DrillRight AR App offers step by step instructions on how to install your TV mount and helps you find the ideal wall position for your TV.
The DrillRight AR App uses the enclosed poster as a reference point for determining the position of your TV. The DrillRight AR App calculates the position of the first drill hole with the camera of your tablet. Using your tablet and a pencil, you can simply draw the drill hole on your wall.
- Determine the position of your TV with the enclosed poster and the DrillRight AR App.
- Draw the first drill hole with the aid of the DrillRight AR App.

Useless. Doesn’t recognize anything that you’re supposed to hang on the wall in preparation, and it therefore doesn’t visualize how the TV will look on the wall nor tell you where to drill. I’m not sure my mounting bracket even came with what one is supposed to hang on the wall, even though the app says it supports this bracket.

Distance from harness to bottom of tv was 3,5 cm The app registered it as 35 cm. My tv ended up being 35 cm higher than I thought it would be.

Don’t trust this app to install your mount

The Vogel Thin 546 mount is awesome. This app is hot garbage. The augmented reality really flaky and it doesn’t account for wall studs. Do not use this app to install your mount.
