Program don’t work in iPad Air 5

Please fix the app. Only partial screen shows on iPad.

On some iPads the app works and on some it doesn’t. Please do an update to address the issue. Pretty please!

App is useless

Screen is locked and cutoff. Doesn’t use driverack app. Support is abysmal

Really can’t believe that DBX can’t seem to fix this app, it’s been months. No full screen after IOS update. Makes their product useless!

No longer works

The IOS upgrade has made this unusable.

Software does not work on newer iPad

I have IOS16 and this app does not work. I do have an older iPad with older IOS and the app works flawless on older iPad. Hopefully they will update the app to work on newer IOS iPads. Also, a phone app would be useful but currently the app can only be downloaded on an iPad.

Display is cut off. Called months ago to get support. No solution. Total waste of $.

I’m so glad that Harman has gone wokey and “sustainable,” but sad to say, my $1,100 VENU360 is unsustainable and going in the dumpster. Maybe Harman should re-prioritize and fulfill your obligations to your customers and sustain your software! Im done!

no screen support

until they fix the resolution issue on ipad, this app is useless
