Driverzz - Any time Driver

This is unacceptable. You collected all details and then saying don’t operate in my area? Why the hell you didn’t first ask that first and not collect my details / waste my time. This is completely unacceptable!!!

Not good as expected

Excellent service. Very user friendly app. One thought / suggestion. While opting for round trip in outstation destinations, it might be good if tentative destination is indicated. While it may not make a difference since it is a round trip, it would give an indication to the driver about possible destination. Please consider operational issues and other angles before incorporating this suggestion.

I needed a driver and I was provided with one on time. Very reliable driver and well mannered

I wanted a Driv to take my car to Hubli and back from NGV Bengaluru. But after downloading the app I am told that you don’t give service from my location. This is too bad.

These guys are fraud. They made us fool after an accident. We met with an accident on 12 days back and we bought car hardly 2 months back. Immediately we called the customer care regarding the accident and they said they will pay the amount. They have mentioned in their app that “THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT.” And we asked they said “YOUR ARE OUR LOYAL CUSTOMER” and then their dirty game starts. We have to go to any body shop and get it done. Same day I got call 3 times for the same thing. After 3 days I took my car to authorized service center and they said you should take your car to our service center which they never told us before. And then I asked them was that my mistake then they said “On your issue multiple people are following from driverzz that’s why we are not aware”. And then they again made another twist by saying that your car will be repaired in 3000 INR while authorized center guys said it will take 13000 INR. I do not how much quality work they were going to do. Again they called and they will visit the bodyshop. I have not given them the permission even then they went inside and inspected the vehicle. While I have sent the car’s damaged part photos and other details when accident happened. Now I asked them to go and visit the damaged car then they started saying you have claimed the insurance of the car, I asked them to give me the proof then they started lying. When I told them to go to body shop and pay the amount then started saying give us the bill and write our name not owners name on bill while everything was done on first day. Then I told them do not pay a single paisa for the damaged. They a professional liars. I talked to them MAHENDER, COO VIJENDER, RAVI and others. First they will damage your vehicle then they will make you frustrated and will not pay a single ruppes. SO ALWAYS BE CAREFUL FROM THEM AND INSTEAD OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY BOOK FROM A GOOD ONE. ================================= Now you guys are saying that you will pay the amount now when I went to bodyshop and gave you estimates then you did not told us that it should be on your name. Without our permission you guys went there and there a guy in your team name RAVI he lied to us by saying that we have claimed the insurance and when I asked him show us the proof he denied that and saying that he is not sure?? Drivers wont be available after booking, u will get a call from.customer service that they r not available

Not preferred for long trips early mornings. Drivers are drowsy as they dont have proper sleep or rest last day as they might be overloaded.
