Worst banking in my life
This app is just a pure disappointment. Nothing is working. It is not even possible to enter a desired amount to transfer, due to malfunction. Perfect example of failure in every aspect.

DTB 24/7 is the revamped mobile banking app from Diamond Trust Bank Kenya Limited (DTB). The app provides an enhanced user experience that enables DTB account holders bank on the go wherever they are securely.
So, what can you do with this revamped app?
1. View details of your bank accounts.
2. Securely authorize transaction via a 6 digit pin or biometrically using fingerprints.
3. Utility bill presentment 5 days before bills are due for payment.
4. Access and select beneficiaries of mobile money transfer as well as airtime purchase from your phonebook.
5. Personalize your app by uploading custom profile picture.
6. Scan and pay at participating merchant outlets courtesy of Masterpass QR.
7. Funds transfer to other banks via RTGS or PesaLink.
8. Locate all branch and ATM’s close to your current location.
9. Initiate chequebook requests as well as stop cheque requests.
Disclosures:
1. Fingerprint authorization for transactions is available for applicable devices only
2. Customers need to have registered for DTB mobile banking service in-order to access services on DTB 24/7. Mobile banking registrations can be done at any branch.

DTB for diaspora
I live in germany and have an account with DTB in Nairobi. I applied for online banking and was sent the login information needed. Now i thought that it would be easy to use the app, but i am disappointed that there is no option for accessing the account on the app if you are not living in Kenya, since the only option available when asked to choose country is kenya, and also when required to give in your phone number the Kenyan code is already preprogrammed and one cannot type in any other international number. Unless there is a different app for every country, (i stumbled upon dtb tanzania) there’s still alot needs to be done in developing this app. Disappointed client.

failure - this is ab example of how to not build an app. Since the update it effectively stopped working - great job you useless IT people there

Better user interface, fantastic.
Unreliable
App frequently crashes. Customer support doesn’t seem to have an idea on how to resolve so it becomes a sit and wait solution.
