I’m asked to rate every time I open this app

I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever living with this company. Extra fees for everything including paying your bill. Terrible company

Okay DTN needs to get on their stuff. $10 each transaction is criminal and you guys definitely need to check yourself. Stop trying to steal our money through sue and scammy ways

App functions as intended. It would be nice to get updates on maintenance tickets, like when they’re accepted and a time in which they think it’ll be completed.

This app makes paying so much easier and placing work orders simpler. Couldn’t be happier with being able to use this app.

This company is horrible.

When I paid my monthly lease payment on February 1, 2024 through your app, I paid the full amount which totaled $1,100.00.95: $1,065.00 + $32 sewer charge + processing fee. Now I get a notice that I owe $60.00 plus 3.95 fee because the rent increase amount of $60.00 wasn’t included in the full amount due on the app on February 1st. Is your app updated now to include the rent increase in the total amount due? Please reply.

Easy access to make payments

Lousy app. Needs much improvement and needs to be user friendly. I doubt many people want to login and pay my rent for me.
