I ordered and got a damaged item. I requested for immediate return or at least replace the product. But I didn’t received any answer from the seller. Bad service. After almost 2 weeks they contacted me just to say sorry.

Every time I order with Dubai store you charge ridiculous amount of shipping fee and cancel the order immediately. But never refund the delivery fees

I ordered 9 box of this adult diapers and since the order was huge dubai stores delivery drivers are not ready to pick it up as i was in contact with the merchant and already paid for the order. And now since its been 11 days they are not ready to pay the refund back on time and i call the call center and they say you will be notified about the refund and cancellation and no notification i have received. Pathetic service by dubai stores very unprofessional and there call center agents are also rude and nit co operative. But the merchant is very co operative and ready to deliver it directly but i still have to wait for a refund from dubai stores

I tried to call I tried to fix they said 3to4 BUSNIESS days it's been more than that and the store I ordered from had absolutely no idea about my order and said that they were out of stock while the app said it wasn't out of stock and when I call both the store and here no one answers such horrible service please never ever order from here save yourself the trouble .

The best store for online shopping in UAE. I recommend everyone in UAE to download this app and get benefits from it.
