Arrived at the gate to find out the flight is delayed - looks like the app does not sync time of departure with screens in the terminal. Also, not possible to buy a Fast Track just before the flight - you actually very often realise you need one when you are running late and see the long queue.

Useless. Didn't have useful info like gate or projected delays. Now just told me my flight was >1 day old so must be deleted from my journeys (it leaves in 30min). Look at Schiphol app for something actually useful. Will be deleting

Almost every button just opens up a web page rather than being natively built in, what’s the point. Maybe build an app that’s features can be used in it.

Previously easy to use app has been destroyed by the latest update. Now has a confusing layout that is headache inducing. Was any UX testing done?

Gives you security times, gate info and everything else you could need. I use it for arrivals too. It's always installed on my phone

Unable to use as crashing

Adding this review because hopefully it will feed into metrics for future improvements. A beneficial change would be the app displaying the new times of delayed departing flights, which currently does not happen. This would reduce the need to rely on Google (!) for accurate flight updates.

waiting times are back, notifications are working, nothing to complain about here (other than the fact you need to hit refresh button manually)
