Hi please fix the experience. Have you guys ever use the apps?

upon click modify button auto kick out from the apps itself. appreciate if your team could fix it.

spent my time for 11.11 happy hour which ended up for “your order get refunded” 8 days later? lousy apps. simply tell your customer “system glitch” reason and ask them to buy at the normal price with only 15% discount? and tell me now how you gonna pay the time I spent just to wait for the 11.11 happy hour sale? good play duck!

I have to enter password everytime i open the apps. Within 10 seconds the app auto log out.

Cant even checkout the item, what is wrong with this apps

You seriously have a serious issue of this apps. My page is forever white blank since the day one i've installed this app. Purchased a few times but never get the experience of tracking my orders under "Account" section. I don't get to see my past orders. Nasib lah ada jugak comm via e-mail but you need to get working on your apps too. The items are not cheap, we are expecting an exclusive online platform. I have on-going order but i don't know whats happening to it now. Not convenient.

Why whenever I add cart, the cart always empty!! Cannot use

App is always freezing and reloading. Used filter but never filters correctly after few scrolls.
