So simple but so effective! Cut my screen time in half by removing habitual app opening! Plus Michael is great at responding to any emails

Just purchase and does not look good on iPhone 11 at all. Waste of my money to n my experience, maybe better with higher iPhone versions. Disappointing!

Brilliant app for reducing distractions, helping to reduce screen time, and keeping things minimal. Also amazing support from the dev himself!

Idea is good, but it is only part way there. It’s easy to flick the screen to the right and see all your apps in the app library. It is fiddly to set up. The video instructions are good - but I expect most people want something more straight forward to use. I don’t see the benefit of this being a yearly subscription as you are mainly changing the home screen to look plain. It’d be great to have an app that lets you switch modes from basic to smart phone.

Integrates really well with the os overall. Very easy to setup, although a little fiddly to get all the settings in place. Had it setup for dark theme initially and then took a while to change it to white, which I’ve kept. No tutorial to do that. Also, very expensive for what it is, so may not purchase after the trial period. But it’s awesome.

Stupidly paid assuming it also blocked apps. :( It does very little and needs to be combined with other apps to have any effect.

I use my phone a lot for work. I’m always messaging clients back on my phone, but these days, it’s so easy to get distracted. My phone is in monochrome to try and stop flashing colours of Instagram and other worlds appealing to me, but sometimes it’s easier to just simplify it all. Even now, I use a Blackberry Bold for a large amount of my personal use, because the “dumber” phones are much better. They get the job done. When I was looking at how I could make my iPhone less distracting, I came across Dumb Phone. Described to do exactly what I needed, turn my iPhone into a Dumb Phone. It does exactly what I need, even set up to automatically switch to a “launcher” of the apps I need at night. Installation took less than a minute and couldn’t be simpler. The customer service is top tier with super fast response times, Michael has made a truly amazing app. Curing my screen addiction everyday! Thank you.

No real app or website blocking. You have to tediously set everything up yourself. Could be easily replaced with a wallpaper and a few shirtcuts.

Brilliant app, can’t believe it’s free to be honest. Support is next level as well 🙏
