Selecting multiple files from iPhone to clear data and the app crashes every time I click move or copy... not sure this jump drive is worth the cost and "convenience" unless they can resolve this issue.

I’m trying to use it it’s not working the old version keeps on closing the app and when I installed the new version same it just worked but I cannot access my memory card please help to fix this problem

I used this app all the time years ago and it always worked so great. Then I found an unopened flash drive I got and forgot about and decided to try it again. It didn’t even recognize that it was plugged in to my phone. The light inside the drive lights up but the app says nothing is plugged in.

I haven’t used it in a while but when I did, it worked great...I was able to transfer everything and now for some reason it won’t do it!! Something is wrong with this app...it needs to be fixed! It either says it is already transferred or the app just closes on itself?? Please fix!!!!

since the latest iOS 13 came out, every time I try to move my pictures and media from my iPhone it instantly crashes no matter how many files I select.

App crashes when copying photos over to the drive. Needs update ASAP!

Anytime you transfer a 720p/1080p media file to the app it damages the file in some way an they don’t stream all the way through. The software on the 3.0 works fine, it imports the file fine but not this version. I don’t have a 3.0 pony so i don’t know if It exports but I think Software update needed most likely needed on this version.
