Duoreader - Bilingual Reading

I’ve been looking for an app to read bilingual books/texts. And this app is the only one that suits me. I’ve been using this app quite extensively, and I find it very promising. It does still have some rough edges but I see the developer is still improving :) The main problem I have with this app is that it doesn’t really remember where I was. Every time I open it I have to check on the app resume image where I was and get back manually. Because the app only remembers which chapter I was in, not the page or reading position. And the chapters can be quite long.

The dictionary is very poor, but otherwise the concept is excellent

I tried to find your support page. I couldn’t and that’s why I’m doing this in reviews. Is there something other than the app that I need to install before it starts working? I can’t select any books or articles. I appreciate your help with this.

This app is great and I love that it is free! However, I wish the voice that reads aloud was a bit smoother and overall just better sounding. Additionally, The taskbar could be a bit better. If the app would allow you to keep your phone facing one way, rather than having to rotate your phone that would be helpful. Lastly, It would be great if you could search for specific book titles.

夜间模式时纯黑背景上的白字其实非常刺眼。希望更换柔和的背景和字体颜色。或者至少能够方便的关掉夜间模式。
