The app does not work when I am connected to Wi-Fi on my iPhone. I have to disconnect from work and use cellular data only to get it to work. Kind of frustrating, especially when trying to get kids off to school in the morning

This app doesn’t work most of the time. After 5 years of unreliable service our school district switched to BusZone. Much better. I do not recommend this app.

The bus gets “stuck” and doesn’t move on the map because the system doesn’t update accurately or more frequently enough. This is a daily occurrence. Then suddenly the bus will jump forward in the route by a huge distance. Sometimes restarting the app works and you can get the latest bus position. Just this past week, you couldn’t even log into the app for two consecutive days. No explanation or warning. And of course it had to be on two of the coldest mornings of the year!

In the event you have to stand outside to wait for the bus in below freezing weather and gusts of wind-like today-it’s helpful to be able to track the bus. Our superintendent advised us to monitor the bus arrivals closely. I’ve already deleted the app off of my phone and won’t use it until I see an improvement of the app and even the company itself.

This app doesn’t show where the bus actually is at all.

It really only works if the bus driver has the AVL GPS enabled. It would also be really nice if you could set a geo fence boundary on the map and it will send you an alert you when the bus enters that boundary so you know when to send your kids to the bus stop.

The app is great WHEN IT WORKS. But it shows the bus is still sitting in the depot 13 days in a row…. But the bus is out on routes…. How is this helpful?

I’ve had this app for six years and it only worked for the first year. Absolutely absurd that parents can’t reach where their kids are.

After a sketchy bus year, 2021-2022, I downloaded this app after they kept promoting it. Well, 3rd day of school, received the dreaded phone call that the bus would not be on time, and they were not sure what time the bus would arrive. Also received an email with the same information also reminding me to use the app to track the bus. I go to the app, the bus is still at the bus yard but there is no change in pick up time. Keep checking, no difference, then my son hears a bus, gets a call from another kid at the bus stop saying the bus is there. My son runs out of the house to make the bus worried it will leave without him. Come on…can we all communicate and work this out!! Can’t be that difficult!!
