Makes it easy
This app makes it so easy to determine the correct number of briquettes to Dutch oven size, temperature by cooking method.
Cherry cobbler
Third attempt with cobbler. First peach cobbler was covered with carcoal and many under. 20 minutes blacken burnt cobbler. And smoke from inside. This app is big help. Yummy. In 35 minutes will know.

Looks like just what I need, but…
This app has the three variables to determine how many coals, but… I can’t change the size of the pot, and sometimes the temperature gets stuck and can’t change that either. Fix that and I would give it 5 stars. Running on iOS 16.0.3 iPhone 12
Can no longer select size of Dutch oven.
This app was great, but now you can’t select the size of the Dutch oven. It seems to be broken.

Changing the size
I tried to change the size of Dutch Oven. It was stuck on the 6 inch. Very disappointed, I had high hopes so my grandson could learn. I’ve cooked for years so I can do by memory. He still needs help. 😢
