Absolutely horrendous app! In case of emergency its dogwater! I would rather pay extra 250+ pkr to foodpanda/pandamart than save money on this trash while it loads for ages even on data plus everything is out of stock. Garbage.
I’ve ordered medicines from their app at 8 pm and I’ve been waiting for them to confirm my order and it was already 9:40 pm and my order hasn’t even been confirmed yet. I tried to contact their customer service and they asked for my order number and then left me on seen, and at 9:50 pm they cancelled my order and then they reordered all my medicines by themselves without even asking me and right now its freaking 11:43 pm and I’m still waiting for my medicines. PATHETIC SERVICE!

I don't understand the point of the DVAGO app if they never have any medicine in stock! Every single time I search for a medication, it always shows 'out of stock.' This is ridiculous! What do they even have available? It feels like the app is just for show. This is a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. DVAGO, if you can't manage your inventory, then just shut down the app!
Please add other companies’ medicines as well.
App is easy to use as well has every basic medicine that is needed. But it is a bit laggy.

I placed an order with Davago at 9:20 pm, hoping to get medicine for my 3-year-old. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver it, causing a significant delay in my child’s medication. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience.
