Dwight - Priority Task Matrix is a task management solution based on the Eisenhower principle, helping you filter tasks by urgency and importance and concentrate on what matters to you.
This method requires group tasks and activities into four priorities based on urgency and importance and plan them ahead of time, before the next productive day.
Priority matrix:
- Important and urgent.
- Important but not urgent.
- Not important but urgent.
- Not important and not urgent.
It is essential to understand the difference between important and urgent tasks. Urgent tasks demand an immediate and fast reaction and are usually associated with dealing with someone else's deadlines. Important tasks are achieving our long-term goals are often not urgent. To put us in the position to grow our business and careers, we should spend most of our time working on important and not urgent tasks and delegate all that is urgent but not important. To focus on growing yourself, delegate more if you can.

- Create a list, add an icon, and improve your productivity
- Sort created lists using the native drag and drop behaviour
- Add a due date for each task
- Use "Due Date" categories to check your schedule for today or tomorrow
- Set a reminder and receive push notifications
- Use the "Dwight View" and swipe fast between different categories
- Switch between dark and light mode or use the system settings.
- Change the priority matrix view
- Use iCloud sync and manage your tasks on other devices
- Plan a time to work on tasks with the "Add to calendar" feature
- Upload images
- Create tasks with Siri Shortcuts
- Change priority with 3D Touch
- Due date calendar
- Atlassian cloud integration
- 2-way communication for Confluence action points
- Jira issues with advanced attachment management

Design and app broken
Update: No developer reply at all. Asked Apple for a refund now. Looks like my previous rating one was not approved by Apple? So here again. 1. Design broken Start the app and you already see the issues at the top left. 2. App broken in general - Start the app, go to settings, try to click on Atlassian, iOS Reminders or whatever and it will freeze. Not even possible to close the program (macOS force closing has to be done) So not possible to use the app at all. My guess is that it wasn't updated to work with Ventura (last app update was a half year ago), maybe the app development even stopped? Both totally fine, but a simple note in the changelog so that people know before buying maybe? Will wait some days for a fix, otherwise I will ask Apple for a refund. Sorry :(

Auf eine Support Anfrage kam keine Antwort, das ist schade. Allgemein habe ich das Gefühl, dass die App noch nicht fertig entwickelt ist. Auf der Windows Oberfläche laufen viele Verlinkungen ins Leere. Die Serienaufgaben erscheinen nicht wieder und sind somit nutzlos. Die Grundidee ist super, wäre schön wenn es funktionieren würde.
App is cool but iCloud Sync not working
The app is exactly what I was looking for and would have a 5 star rating. I am keen on using it on several devices, however the sync with iCloud simply doesn’t work. Most of the new tasks don’t appear on other devices and the synced tasks are different from device to device. I am not having issues on other apps that sync with iCloud. Emailed the support team but sadly didn’t receive an answer. Sadly wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking to have it on several devices.

Sehr übersichtlich und hilfreich!!
Ich habe so viele Apps ausprobiert, die nach dem Eisenhower-Prinzip funktionieren. Endlich brauche ich keine weitere mehr auszuprobieren. Der Preis schreckt auf den ersten Blick ab, jedoch wird man ganz schnell merken, das man sein Geld richtig investiert hat. Well done!! Von mir gibts 5 verdiente Sterne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Zeitmanagement
Tolle App die das Prinzip von der Eisenhower-Matrix perfekt darstellt. Mit Shortcuts und Siri kann ich schon schnell meine Todos in die App bekommen. Hab gesehen dass ihr auch bald Atlassian Confluence integriert - I like
