tells you that the walk in time is the first hour, but when you arrive at 8:30 the walk-in has ended early and it’s a two hour wait. If you’re not going to honor the walk in time, don’t have it.

The check in service is a game changer, however the app is glitchy and has a constant notification alert for no reason.

Prefer option to book appointment time.

Such a help to pre register. When I get to the lane I am usually at the top of the list. In and out in minutes. Lab staff are excellent at finding the vein!

My iPhone shows a 1 by the icon but nowhere can I find what to note is for. As well the link from the App Store on my iPhone to support is a 404

I ignoring that Dynacare should be providing the ability to book appointments, the app acts as a substitute. Improve the first screen by adding a “next” button for the two step check in process.

Service is excellent and very polite.
