App doesn’t fit on my screen correctly

Perfect timing. This little app helped me save me some money. We refinanced our home recently and this app made the decision clear and easy to understand how big the benefit would be.

The Dynamic Refi Calculator does exactly that. All the important comparisons between the original and replacement loan are clearly shown in the graph and summary. With this app it is really easy to see the differences in the total interest paid and monthly payments along with the time it will take to recoup the replacement loan’s closing costs. Adjustments to the loan details can be made quickly - which is great when comparing loans from multiple lenders - and you can even email the results for later use.
