I’ve been using DS for a while now, and I am loving it! The programs and resources it offers are outstanding—well-structured, diverse, and easy to follow once you get the hang of navigating the app. While the layout was a little tricky to figure out at first, the learning curve was worth it. Once I got used to it, everything fell into place! What I love most is how customizable the programs are. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, there’s something for everyone. If you’re looking for an app that combines expert guidance, flexibility, and real results, this is it. Stick with it—you won’t regret it!

I love the app and the workouts. I find the app easy to use and can be connected to MyFitnessPal and other apps. The workouts are layed out with foam rolling, stretching, activation, workouts then roll out at the end. There are many levels and exercises to fit any goal you’re working on. I’m working on a pull-up challenge this month! Good stuff!

If you’re wanting follow along workouts with voice guided instructions, this is not the app for you. If you want professionally written workout progressions with detailed descriptions of each move and a video showing the proper form, you will LOVE this app. In addition, there are many alternative moves to each exercise so these workouts truly are for any activity level. The forum and the team make this workout app a top notch experience.

I love Cory and her programs but I had a huge problem with their policy regarding refunds. I signed up for $200 a year for the access to the app. At the start of month 2 I realized I could not continue, due to the pain in my SI joint AND a medical issue which was having me be tested for adrenal problems. I reached out and asked if I could pay for 2 month (although I had only used one) in full price (it’s $30 a month if you do monthly); so can I pay $60 and cancel my subscription WITH A DOCTOR’S LETTER and I was told no. I was told to go through the app messaging board to get help from a staff member on a program I can do. Long story short I have not used the app beyond the beginning and have paid a year. I would like to see them change their policy for a situation where I would have gladly provided medical note and blood test results. Make sure you can commit to the full year before signing up.

This app has much to offer and not just with workouts. But it’s definitely the workout programs that I love. There are many tutorial videos available to learn to use the app and program to its full potential.

I’m 78 years young and thought my body was “gone forever”. It took almost three months to find the right workout, dial in my macros, and admit that I didn’t know it all. (Corey and the team do). Love the changes I’m seeing. Never give up! You’re worth it!❤️❤️

Fine print states no refunds & I missed that. That was my bad. But how do businesses expect you to make a decision before you can see what you’re buying and then not offer some sort of satisfaction/quality guarantee? Saw this woman on YouTube & liked her content. I subscribe to another program & was hoping to use this instead. But going through the app, the workouts were not anything that would work for me. It didn’t help the quality of the app is far lower than other programs. Less than 24 hrs after signing up I emailed support & explained my request. Nope. Read the fine print it basically said. I should have looked at the reviews for this program. Save yourself the time & money. There are FAR better programs & companies out there. Ones that do stand behind their products.

I’ve been using the app for about 3 months. I am frustrated with the intermittent ability to slide to the next week or previous week for tasks and workouts. It seems to have gotten much worse in the last couple weeks. I can never look ahead to the next week. I am using an iPad and everything is up to date.

I don't know why this app has just low star reviews with no explanation why it earned such a low rating. I came from another exercise app. This one works differently than the one I'm used to but when there were issues or questions the support team was quick to respond and fix things. The exercises are not guided vocally - it's a written text telling you how to do the move, as well as a video with no sound showing you how to do the move. The workouts can be printed out showing the main exercise names along with any alternates. That makes it easy to look over ahead of time and plan which moves to do. During the actual workout you are able to log your reps and any weights used so there is a history you can review over time. There IS a learning curve with this app but the forum is great and the support team is fast and helpful. Anyone who wants to leave a one star review should leave your reasons so other people can be informed and the developers can find out what it is you don't like.
