Wie kann es sein, dass in der kleinen Region Europa nur amerikanisches Datumsformat möglich ist. Weder greifen die regional settings vom iOS noch kann man es in der App einstellen. Wenn man eine Opportunity anlegt muss man jedes mal Währung suchen (nicht gefunden) Euro anlegen und dann 2x hinzufügen clicken??? Klar das jeder seller sich wieder nur eine mail an sich selbst schickt anstatt die Oppty ins CRM einzutragen. Die Pfeifen die das spezifiziert und/oder entwickelt haben sollte gezwungen werden 1 Jahr lan täglich mit dem Tool arbeiten zu müssen. Auf diese Schwierigkeiten stößt man sobald man die ersten 10 Man damit gearbeitet hat. Das hat offensichtlich niemals jemand (aus Europa) getestet! So ein Graus! English: Come on, please give us european date and time format dd.mm.yyy HH:MM (24h!) Also i don’t want to have to search for currency (EUR) for EVERY opportunity i enter. Why can’t i save default values so that i can concentrate on my work?

Zu viele Klicks nötig. Power Map und Co großteils zu klein. Also die „Schalter“ welche gedrückt werden müssen. Zu Salesforce kommt die App lange nicht hin.

We currently have been utilizing Zoho to run our business, but started looking at Dynamics 365 products. Every Dynamics app we have come across is like something from 30 years ago that has never been updated. We compared this to our Zoho CRM and it doesn’t have near the functionality and features or as smooth. Not to mention there is no support. You want to modify this you need to go to a Microsoft partner. Our lowest quote was 30k! Just to setup! Zoho did it for free and calls every month just to check up. It seems like Microsoft is completely out of touch with SBM’s and forgot how to make software. I would recommend Microsoft engineers to actually look at your competitors software because this app is decades behind the competition.

Slow response time. Clutters the calendar with unwanted appointments (if you delete the calendar event you lose the follow up in the app). Basic useful function like alerts for account changes - non existent Jitters when working in a spreadsheet OR slides all over the place - never know which you’ll get! Not intuitive. Painful to use. The fact that people supposedly work designing this is almost laughable, if it weren’t so sad. Good lord….

Tried using this app years ago, but would not work and went away from it. The company started using the app again and the same problems of it crashing for all users. We delete it and reinstall it everyday to use it. Microsoft needs to figure this out.

This is probably far more related to the devolpment of the team i work in but this app is hard to search with, and find any information in. Then when i do find the documents I need, I can’t just open them easily or download a copy, the only open i get is “copy” which doesn’t download or store a copy or “quick look” which opens a file to see but then I can’t navigate back to do anything else within the app until I force quit and start back at the beginning again.

It is bad. Cannot find activity or entering activity

The app is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I was trying to send a contract to a client but my home internet wasn’t working and I needed to go pick up my son from school. While waiting for my son to come to the car I downloaded the Dynamics app, pulled up Solution Builder, generated the checkout link and sent it to the customer in 3 minutes! The client signed the contract before I even got home!!!!
