It’s a simple app and it works fine. People that say it doesn’t work don’t know what they’re doing. Works fine if you know how to use Bluetooth

App loads and auto accepts 3 times then loads. The camera does not scan. Hopefully you can fix.

Just bought a brand new battery. I get the app and it loads fine but nothing pops up except the “scan to go”. I click on it and it does a loading thingy and nothing happens

Just got a 3300nimh in my rtr kit and wanted some info. Battery said to scan app so I was excited to have that support. Downloaded app, opens to scan screen and then does absolutely nothing. Waste of time for what could be a great way to bring in long term customers. Will look elsewhere now as i am sure competition has similar offerings that work.

App use to work, now can’t get past the password. Updates!?!?

The all is just completely garbage! Doesn't work in the slightest just has the scan button and that's it.

The app not working, it’s still scan and not happened nothing

When the app loads up all you see is a button that says SCAN TO GO. Push it and nothing happens. So many other batteries to buy but this one said it could do stuff.

When scan button is pressed it acts like it’s loading but then does nothing I downloaded on my iPhone 10r

Why even put it on a battery that “you can scan it” if its gonna glitch and have a malfunction ……. Ngl even opening it and didnt have high expectation 👎
