I lost 1000 dhs transfer and i tried to contact customer support by every way but they did not answer me at all

About 22 days ago, I was issued a refund, but it still hasn’t been credited to my account. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and their response is always, “Sorry, we’re working on it,” but nothing has actually happened so far.
