U can’t block IP Address
I used to really like the app but I’ve been harassed for 2 months (and its still going on) and nothing concrete has been done by the Epal Team. My stalker has been creating new accounts for TWO MONTHS every single day and he is not going to stop it. I have to block every single of them because blocking a IP Address is not a thing. He, for real, created 11+ accounts in one day. For 2 months (and this is still going on remember) I can’t turn off the « Not accepting orders » because this guy can pay and refusing his orders impacts me since the system will consider that i am avoiding orders. I can’t use the app for his purpose just because of the lack of options to get rid of someone and the facility to create tons of accounts.

Great but Needs Age Verification System
As an E-Pal I enjoy meeting many people! However it makes me uncomfortable having been approached by a middle school aged student (13 😭). There needs to be transparency about ages on people’s accounts. Also quite frankly I am not sure if I would want my younger sibling on E-Pal! It feels more of a social community of young adults. So maybe adding an age limit with ID verification would be best. Especially since this is a paid service and we wouldn’t want any kids borrowing money from parents to hire strangers to play games with them 💀 but other than that, e-pal has been nothing but fun! the occasional strange client but mostly great interactions ❤️
