One account is limited to 5 devices only which is fine by me. But, as i log out of my account and wanted to log in back, it stated that I have log in the same account in 5 different devices which is impossible as I only use one for this app. Now i cant get access to it as i have to log out from other devices which i have no clue of and all the books in that account is completely gone from my grasp. Totally disappointed in this.

Paid for a book, had to download this app to read. Fine. But how do you mess up a reading app to the point with every page flip it moves either to a random chapter, or flips back to the same page over and over again? Not to mention you cant do any highlighting or note taking on this crap app.

Kalau purchase buku cepat je transaction, tapi bila nak download dalam apps lambat sangat, especially with us yang kerja remote area with limited internet, mmg lama sangat tunggu buku download

App crash everytime try to open. How can we read everything we purchased?????

i can’t read the book even though i’ve purchased it online. the apps keep on closing on itself

I purchased a novel through the website. Therefore, I need to install the app to get access to the purchased book. Yet, the apps is not working. I can’t open the apps at all how many I tried. Please help me. I already pay for the novel but didn’t have the access to read it. I am so mad.

I already purchased the book but it not appear at the apps. When I want to contact the customer service, it pop up ‘u are not zendesk member’. I refresh and try again, the interface error. I want refund and no more puchase from your apps/website! Poor interface. Always need to login everytime the webpage refresh 😤
