I sent a pair of jeans, a sweater and a down coat to be cleaned on the 14th, the app shows that it was due to be sent back on the 18th. Now at 9pm of the 28th I’m calling their customer service for the third time asking when I would receive my clothes! All they say is “you’ll get your feedback as soon as possible”, refusing to give a date. This is the crappiest cleaning service I’ve ever used.

Yelling at the customer is a norm whenever he comes in to pick up or drop off the laundry. I don’t know how the app manage their offline service. But this certainly should not be the case.

Great service， though not very speedy at peak season. Cleaned really old stain on my ugg completely.
